Un altro tentativo di sgombero contro Rigaer94 (Berlino, 09.07.2020)

Oggi, alle 7 di mattina, un’unità di porci si è arrampicata sulla rastrelliera delle biciclette del numero 93 della Rigaerstrasse per scavalcare la recinzione ed irrompere nel nostro cortile all’R94. Contemporaneamente hanno occupato i tetti del nostro blocco. I porci sono entrati poi nella parte anteriore della casa per arrivare agli appartamenti al terzo piano con il pretesto di una perquisizione per falsificazione di documenti e altra roba. Stando a quanto dice la stampa, nello stesso momento avveniva una perquisizione anche sulla Karl-Marx-Allee.
Contrariamente al loro solito modo di procedere hanno rinunciato all’intervento di un elicottero e non hanno ancora provato ad insinuarsi nella parte posteriore della casa. Nel frattempo hanno lasciato scorrazzare il peggior avvocato in circolazione, Markus Bernau, nel probabile intento di agevolare le denunce per gli appartamenti occupati. Anche Torsten Luschnat, l’autoproclamato nuovo amministratore (Hausverwalter) della nostra casa, si è procurato l’accesso a questi appartamenti. Questa sedicente ditta di padroni ha provato a più riprese, senza mai provare niente, nemmeno la propria legittimità, a procedere per vie legali contro di noi. Fino ad ora tutte queste lagne sono state respinte.
Contemporaneamente a tutto ciò nella vicina piazza (Dorfplatz) si radunavano forze di sicurezza private insieme a muratori, che poco dopo hanno iniziato a distruggere le nostre porte d’entrata alla casa e a operare insieme agli sbirri con martelli e flessibili per farsi strada nella parte anteriore dell’edificio (Vorderhaus).
Un appartamento al piano terra, così come il sottotetto e la cantina sarebbero già stati sgomberati e, secondo quanto riferito dagli sbirri agli avvocati, sono da invadere e sgomberare tutte le stanze non sottoposte a regolare affitto. Tuttavia alle 15.30 gli sbirri abbandonano all’improvviso la zona delle scale (senza però sparire completamente). I muratori e la loro stizza di demolizione, gli uomini della Security e anche Torsten Luschnat (aka la schiappa) battono in ritirata.
Non è possibile dire cosa accadrà ancora. Quello che invece è chiaro è che noi difenderemo la nostra casa e che ci riprenderemo i nostri spazi.
L’operazione di oggi è il tentativo da parte del Senato e del comando sbirresco di riaffermare la manfrina riguardo al Nordkiez (la parte nord del quartiere Friedrichshain) come «zona di pericolo». Nelle settimane passate si era rafforzato il pressing dei Parlamentari attraverso i Media attorno a Tom Schneider (SPD) e i suoi tirapiedi. Il progetto di sgombero del Liebig34 e il prevedibile scontro con la solidarietà, che per questo progetto è arrivata fin dentro le roccaforti borghesi, rende necessario che il Centro (Mitte) oltranzista affili il proprio profilo. I resoconti dei media che ci raccontano dei simpatici ricchi che non possono realizzare il proprio sogno di vita lussuosa sulla Rigaerstrasse, sono da vedere esattamente in quest’ottica. Così come i resoconti sulla polizia, che non sono affatto così assassini e fascisti (come ci raccontano le statistiche), ma sono solo vittime innocenti della violenza della sinistra estrema, che poi alla fine è identica a quella di destra.
Siamo all’inizio di una fase nella quale l’eliminazione di ogni visibilità della sinistra radicale e anarchica deve essere colpita così che il dominio, nel contesto dell’unità nazionale riferita al Coronavirus, appaia legittimato.
Quello che accade è evidente; dovremmo perdere spazi e progetti, noi invece li difenderemo. Ci saranno feriti e arresti, una parte della società gioirà, altri scuoteranno il capo, ci saranno azioni di solidarietà. I fronti opposti della guerra sociale si faranno più chiari…

Another eviction attempt against Rigaer94 (Berlin, July 9th, 2020)
Today at 07:00 July 9th, 2020 in the morning, a hundred riot cops walked over the bicycle rack in the yard of Riga 93 to climb over the fence into our yard one by one. At the same time they occupied the roofs of our block. The cops, along with LKA 5 and 6, then gained access to apartments on the 3rd floor of the front building under the pretext of a search for forgery of documents and others. According to the press, they also searched an apartment on Karl-Marx-Allee.
Contrary to their usual procedure, they refrained from using a helicopter and made no attempt to penetrate the rear building so far. In the meantime, they led the worst traffic lawyer in town, Markus Bernau, around the front building, presumably with the intention of supporting him in legal actions against the apartments occupied there. Torsten Luschnat, who thinks he is our new property manager, also gained access to these apartments. The so-called owner company has already proved several times in court that they can’t really prove anything, not even their legality to take legal action against us. The previous court rulings have dismissed all claims.
Meanwhile, private security guards from Smart Guard Protection GmbH as well as construction workers, who later committed the crime of destroying our doors in the hallway and worked their way through the front building with flex and hammers, gathered on Dorfplatz.
A flat on the ground floor, as well as the attic and the cellar of the front building have already been vacated and according to statements made by the cops to lawyers, they have to vacate and occupy every unrented room. At 15:30 o’clock the cops surprisingly left the staircase of the front building (but did not disappear completely), construction workers with demolition rage, private security guards and Torsten Luschnat aka Lusche were left in the corridor.
It is impossible for us to say what will happen next. What is clear, however, is that we will defend our home and take back our rooms.
Today’s operation is an attempt by the government and the cops to regain the discourse over the danger zone Nordkiez. In recent weeks, the agitation of some members of parliament around Tom Schreiber and their henchmen in the media has intensified. The announced eviction of Liebig34 and the expected confrontation are reaching the bourgeois camp who makes it necessary from the point of view of the extremist centre to sharpen its own profile. This is the context in which the media reports about the nice rich people who are not able to realize their dream of luxurious life in the Rigaerstrasse. Or reports about a police force that is not so murderous and fascist as the statistics express, but rather the poor victims of left-wing violence, which is, by the way, identical with right-wing violence.
What is surprising is that the government and the lobby of the investors start the frontal attack on the solidary city from below and the resistance against repression, not with the expected eviction of Syndikat, but with a mistake of Henkel’s logic. We are at the beginning of a phase in which the elimination of any left-wing radical and anarchist visibility that seems meaningful to the ruling class in the context of these Corona times is to be carried out.
What is happening is obvious; we are to lose spaces and projects, but we will defend them, there will be injured and arrested people, part of society will rejoice, others will shake their heads, there will be solidarity actions, the fronts in the social war will become clearer…

Ein erneuter Räumungsversuch (Berlin, 09.07.2020)
Heute um 07:00 zertrampelten Schweine einer Hundertschaft den Fahrradständer im Hof der Rigaer 93, um einzeln über den Zaun in unseren Hof zu klettern. Gleichzeitig besetzten sie die Dächer unseres Blocks. Die Schweine, mitsamt LKA 5 und 6, verschafften sich dann im Vorderhaus Zugang zu Wohnungen im 3. Stock unter dem Vorwand einer Durchsuchung wegen Urkundenfälschung und anderem. Laut der Presse durchsuchten sie gleichzeitig auch eine Wohnung in der Karl-Marx-Allee.
Entgegen ihres üblichen Vorgehens verzichteten sie auf einen Hubschrauber und machten bisher keinen Versuch, ins Hinterhaus einzudringen. Zwischenzeitlich führten sie den schlechtesten Verkehrsrechtsanwalt der Stadt, Markus Bernau, im Vorderhaus herum, vermutlich in der Absicht ihn bei Klagen gegen die dort besetzten Wohnungen zu unterstützen. Auch Torsten Luschnat, der meint unser neuer Hausverwalter zu sein, verschaffte sich Zugang zu diesen Wohnungen. Dabei hat die sogenannte Eigentümerfirma schon mehrfach vor Gericht bewiesen, dass sie eigentlich nichts beweisen kann, nicht einmal ihre Rechtmäßigkeit, gegen uns juristisch vorzugehen. Die bisherigen Gerichtsurteile haben sämtliche Klagen abgewiesen.
Am Dorfplatz sammelten sich derweil private Sicherheitskräfte der Firma Smart Guard Protection GmbH sowie Bauarbeiter, die später begangen unsere Türen im Durchgang zu zerstören und sich mit den Bullen mit Flex und Hämmern durchs Vorderhaus arbeiteten.
Eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoß, sowie der Dachboden und der Keller des Vorderhauses wurden bereits geräumt und laut Aussagen, die die Bullen gegenüber Anwält*innen äussern, haben sie vor jeden nicht vermieteten Raum zu räumen und zu besetzen. Um 15:30 Uhr verliessen die Bullen jedoch überraschend erstmal das Treppenhaus des Vorderhauses (verschwanden jedoch nicht komplett), liessen Bauarbeiter mit Demolierungswut, Securities sowie Torsten Luschnat aka die Lusche im Durchgang zurück …
Es ist uns nicht möglich zu sagen, was weiter passieren wird. Was jedoch klar ist, dass wir unser Haus verteidigen und uns unsere Räume zurückholen werden.
Der heutige Einsatz ist der Versuch des Senats und der Bullenführung, die Diskurshoheit über das Gefahrengebiet Nordkiez zurück zu erlangen. In den vergangenen Wochen verstärkte sich die Hetze einiger Abgeordneter um Tom Schreiber und ihrer Handlanger in den Medien. Die beabsichtigte Räumung der Liebig34 und die erwartete Konfrontation mit der Solidarität, die für dieses Projekt bis ins bürgerliche Lager reicht, macht es aus Sicht der extremistischen Mitte erforderlich das eigene Profil zu schärfen. In diesem Kontext sind die Medienberichte zu sehen, in denen von den netten Reichen berichtet wird, die ihren Traum des luxuriösen Lebens in der Rigaer Straße nicht verwirklichen können. Oder von einer Polizei berichten, die gar nicht so mörderisch und faschistisch sei, wie es die Statistiken ausdrücken, sondern die arme Opfer linker Gewalt sind, die im Übrigen identisch mit der rechten Gewalt sei.
Überraschend ist, dass der Senat und die Lobby der Investor*innen den frontalen Angriff auf die solidarische Stadt von Unten und den Widerstand gegen Verdrängung, nicht mit der erwarteten Räumung des Syndikats beginnen, sondern mit einem Fehler Henkel’scher Logik. Wir stehen am Anfang einer Phase, in der die Beseitigung jeder linksradikalen und anarchistischen Sichtbarkeit durchgezogen werden soll, die den Herrschenden im Kontext der Corona-Volksgemeinschaft sinnvoll erscheint.
Was passiert, ist offenkundig; wir sollen Räume und Projekte verlieren, wir werden sie jedoch verteidigen, es wird Verletzte und Verhaftete geben, ein Teil der Gesellschaft wird jubeln, andere werden den Kopf schütteln, es wird Soliaktionen geben, die Fronten im sozialen Krieg werden deutlicher werden …
