Space of collective analysis and deepening to act, re-exist and build multiple fronts of rebellion and self-management.
The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and the outbreak of riots against police violence and racism were the pretext to impose and justify without reasonable doubt forms of mass surveillance and repression as never before seen in modern history.
Special powers to the Police, massive restrictions to contacts and to the movement of people, rationing of resources, strengthening of technological control: the State – with its authoritarian methods – has acted in the last months within a real Social Laboratory, experimenting on our skin laws of an emergency nature, thus becoming everyday life.
In such a dramatically shocking situation, the fascist, populist and reactionary scum had an easy time circulating conspiracy and pseudo-scientific ideas, which however gave answers to the terror and disorientation imposed in the loneliness of the lock down.
Faced with the easy negationist solutions, which mask and spread the most blatant racism and authoritarianism, we have the task of building another narrative, radical and anti-authoritarian.
A narrative that pushes its gaze into the depths of an economic and social model that has imposed itself on the world through violence.
To what point are we willing to give up our personal freedom in the name of public health?
This was and still is an event for which we as companions were not prepared, with its restrictions and related trauma.
During the months of quarantine we kept our spaces closed, we did not meet each other, the level of communication between us and of exchange and sharing was conveyed only by virtual means.
So how do we intend to deal with lock down situations in the future?
So far we have witnessed a partial, confused, contradictory and monothematic narrative that has failed to go beyond the obsessive exposure of containment measures, often in open contrast with each other and with the recommendations of a large slice of the scientific community.
How much can we trust the mass media? And how much of the official medical research funded by Earth’s powerful?
We feel the need to analyse from below the Covid 19 phenomenon in all its facets, stripping it of the reactionary and obscurantist emphasis that has accompanied it until now and that risks causing one of the most dramatic social and economic crises in history.
To trace the origins of the pandemic in those dynamics of domination and exploitation of the human being against his fellow human beings and against all other forms of life and ecosystems of the planet.
Breaking the isolation and fear that created panic and confusion with the aim not only of masking the real origins and causes of the spread of the virus, but also of using the health crisis to impose authoritarian policies that increase inequalities and enrich the elites.
All the coercion and control devices developed during the so-called emergencies, are made to stay, to enter the daily tissue and stay beyond the emergency moment, to be restructured and increased at the next crisis.
This event wants to find a moment for discussion and analysis – after months of silence – to be constructive and prepared us to face the Pandemy.

Il diffondersi della pandemia da Covid-19 e l’esplosione delle rivolte contro la violenza della polizia e il razzismo sono state il pretesto per imporre e giustificare senza ragionevole dubbio forme di sorveglianza e repressione di massa come non si era mai visto nella storia moderna.
Poteri speciali alla Polizia, restrizioni massive ai contatti ed al movimento di persone, razionamento delle risorse, potenziamento del controllo tecnologico: lo Stato – con i suoi metodi autoritari – ha agito negli ultimi mesi nell’ambito di un vero e proprio Laboratorio Sociale, sperimentando sulla nostra pelle leggi di natura emergenziale, diventate quindi la quotidianità.
In una situazione così drammaticamente shockante la feccia fascista, populista e reazionaria ha avuto gioco facile nel far circolare idee complottiste e pseudoscientifiche che comunque davano delle risposte al terrore ed al disorientamento imposto nella solitudine del lock down.
Di fronte alle facili soluzioni negazioniste, che mascherano e diffondono il più bieco razzismo ed autoritarismo, abbiamo il compito di costruire una narrazione altra, radicale e antiautoritaria.
Una narrazione che spinge il suo sguardo nel profondo di un modello economico e sociale che con la violenza si è imposto nel mondo.
Fino a che punto siamo disposti a rinunciare alla nostra libertà personale in nome della salute pubblica?
Questo è stato ed è tuttora un evento a cui noi come compagn* non eravamo preparat*, con le sue restrizioni ed i traumi ad esse correlati. Nei mesi di quarantena abbiamo tenuto i nostri spazi chiusi, non ci siamo incontrat*, il livello di comunicazione fra di noi e di scambio e condivisione é stato veicolato dalle sole modalità virtuali.
Come ci proponiamo quindi di affrontare in futuro le situazioni di lockdown?
Fino ad ora abbiamo assistito ad un racconto parziale, confuso, contraddittorio e monotematico che non è riuscito ad andare oltre all’esposizione ossessiva di misure di contenimento, spesso in aperto contrasto fra loro e con le raccomandazioni di una larga fetta della comunità scientifica.
Quanto ci possiamo fidare dei mezzi di informazione di massa? E quanto della ricerca medica ufficiale finanziata dai potenti della Terra?
Sentiamo il bisogno di analizzare dal basso il fenomeno Covid 19 in tutte le sue sfaccettature spogliandolo dell’enfasi reazionaria e oscurantista che l’ha accompagnato fino ad ora e che rischia di provocare essa in primis una delle più drammatiche crisi sociali ed economiche della storia.
Rintracciare le origini della pandemia in quelle dinamiche di dominio e sfruttamento dell’essere umano contro il suo simile e contro tutte le altre forme di vita e gli ecosistemi del pianeta.
Rompere l’isolamento e la paura che hanno creato panico e confusione con l’obiettivo non solo di mascherare le reali origini e cause della diffusione del virus, ma che ha anche permesso di usare la crisi sanitaria per imporre politiche autoritarie che aumentano le diseguaglianze e arrichiscono le élite.
Tutti i dispositivi di coercizione e controllo sviluppati durante le cosiddette emergenze, sono fatti per restare, per entrare nel tessuto quotidiano e li rimanere oltre al momento emergenziale, per essere ristrutturate e incrementate alla prossima crisi.
Con quest’iniziativa vogliamo riappropriarci di uno spazio di discussione ed analisi – dopo mesi di silenzio – che voglia essere costruttivo e che ci prepari ad affrontare questo tipo di situazioni.

Raum der kollektiven Analyse und Vertiefung, um zu handeln, zu widerstehen und vielfältige Fronten der Rebellion und der Selbstverwaltungszonen aufzubauen.
Die Ausbreitung der Covid-19-Pandemie und der Ausbruch von Ausschreitungen gegen Polizeigewalt und Rassismus wurden zweifelsfrei der Vorwand, um Formen der Massenüberwachung und -unterdrückung durchzusetzen und zu rechtfertigen, wie es sie in der modernen Geschichte noch nie gegeben hat.
Besondere Befugnisse der Polizei, massive Einschränkungen der Kontakte und der Freizügigkeit der Personen, Rationierung der Ressourcen, Verstärkung der technologischen Kontrolle: Der Staat – mit seinen autoritären Methoden – hat, in den letzten Monaten, in einem echten sozialen Laboratorium gehandelt, indem er, auf unserer Haut, Gesetze mit Notstandscharakter experimentiert hat, die dann zur Normalität wurden.
In einer so dramatisch schockierenden Situation hatte der faschistische, populistische und reaktionäre Abschaum leichtes Spiel, Verschwörung und pseudowissenschaftliche Ideen zu verbreiten, die dennoch Antworten auf den Terror und die Orientierungslosigkeit, in der Einsamkeit des Lockdown, gaben.
Angesichts der einfachen negationistischen Lösungen, die den schrecklichsten Rassismus und den Autoritarismus verschleiern und verbreiten, haben wir die Aufgabe, eine andere, radikale und antiautoritäre Erzählung aufzubauen.
Eine Erzählung, die den Blick in die Tiefe eines Wirtschafts- und Sozialmodells richtet, das sich durch Gewalt in der Welt durchgesetzt hat.
Inwieweit sind wir bereit, unsere persönliche Freiheit im Namen der öffentlichen Gesundheit aufzugeben?
Dies war und ist ein Ereignis, mit seinen Einschränkungen und dem damit verbundenen Trauma, auf das wir als Genossen/innen nicht vorbereitet waren.
Während der Monate des Lockdown haben wir unsere Räume geschlossen halten, wir haben uns nicht getroffen; die Kommunikation und der Austausch von Ideen wurden nur durch virtuellen Modalitäten vermittelt.
Wie wollen wir in der Zukunft mit Situationen umgehen, in denen es zum Lockdown wieder kommen wird?
Bisher waren wir Zuschauer/innen einer verwirrenden, widersprüchlichen und monothematischen Teilerzählung, die es nicht geschafft hat, über die zwanghafte Aufdeckung von Eindämmungsmaßnahmen hinauszugehen, die oft in offenem Kontrast zueinander und zu den Empfehlungen eines großen Teils der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft stehen.
Wie sehr können wir den Massenmedien vertrauen? Und wie viel der offiziellen medizinischen Forschung wird von den Mächtigen der Erde finanziert?
Wir halten es für notwendig, das Covid-19-Phänomen von unten in all seinen Facetten zu analysieren und die reaktionäre und obskurantistische Betonung zu beseitigen, die es bisher begleitet hat und die eine der dramatischsten sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Krisen der Geschichte auszulösen droht.
Wir halten auch es für notwendig, die Ursprünge der Pandemie in dieser Dynamik der Beherrschung und Ausbeutung des Menschen gegen seine Mitmenschen und gegen alle anderen Lebensformen und Ökosysteme des Planeten zu verfolgen.
Das Durchbrechen der Isolation und der Angst, die Panik und Verwirrung hervorgerufen haben mit dem einzigen Ziel, nicht nur die wahren Ursprünge und Ursachen der Verbreitung des Virus zu verschleiern, sondern auch die Nutzung der Gesundheitskrise, um eine autoritäre Politik durchzusetzen, die die Ungleichheiten verstärkt und die Eliten bereichert.
Alle Zwangs- und Kontrollmittel, die während so genannter Notfälle entwickelt wurden, sind dazu gemacht, zu bleiben, in das tägliche Gefüge einzudringen und über den Notfall hinaus zu bleiben, um bei der nächsten Krise umstrukturiert und verstärkt zu werden.
Mit dieser Initiative wollen wir – nach Monaten des Schweigens – wieder einen Raum für Diskussion und Analyse schaffen, der konstruktiv sein will und uns auf solche Situationen vorbereitet.
