Lettera di Beppe sullo sciopero per il trasferimento e le cure (03.12.2020)

Carissimi compagni e compagne,
vi scrivo per informarvi che dal 02/12/20 ho iniziato uno sciopero (l’ennesimo dopo svariati scioperi della fame nell’arco di questo anno in questo carcere!) dell’aria e delle salette (le uniche quattro ore che si hanno a disposizione per uscire dalle celle in 20 ore).
Con questo sciopero chiedo le cure trattamentali per le mie patologie ampiamente documentate da circa un anno dal mio legale Fabio Sommovigo! Non sono bastate le segnalazioni-denunce presentate dal mio avvocato!
A oggi vengo completamente ignorato, questo vuol dire condannarmi a morte visto che le patologie di cui sono affetto, se non curate, possono solo aggravarsi!
A tutto ciò si aggiunge l’isolamento in celle a tempo indeterminato visto che sono rinchiuso in una sezione “protetti” e non posso condividere la cella con tali detenuti perché io sono di “alta sicurezza” avendo l’art. 280 con tutte le aggravanti!
Un isolamento nell’isolamento, nel totale abbandono. Ad aumentare la tortura fisica e psicologica si aggiunge l’enorme difficoltà di interagire con la stragrande maggioranza di detenuti (stupratori, pedofili, ex sbirri tra cui Montella, il capo branco della caserma di Piacenza, papponi, femminicidi…).
Chiedo da tempo un trasferimento ma come le cure mi viene negato!
La mia permanenza forzata qui è un pericolo serio per la mia integrità psico-fisica. Non escluso a breve l’inizio di uno sciopero della fame consapevole dei rischi che comporta per la mia salute già compromessa.
Vi chiedo di divulgare questa mia lettera il più possibile a nome di ogni detenuto lasciato morire nelle galere di Stato.

Nota:
Beppe è stato arrestato il 21 maggio 2019 per l’operazione «Prometeo», eseguita dai carabinieri del ROS (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale). Con la stessa operazione sono stati arrestati anche Natascia e un altro anarchico, successivamente scarcerato a dicembre dello stesso anno.
Il 17 dicembre 2019 è arrivata a Beppe un’altra custodia cautelare, sempre eseguita dal ROS. È accusato di aver posizionato un ordigno incendiario contro un postamat presso un ufficio postale (Genova, 8 giugno 2016). In quel periodo le poste sono state attaccate ripetutamente a causa della collaborazione nell’espulsione e deportazione dei migranti attraverso la compagnia aerea Mistral Air (all’epoca controllata da Poste italiane).

Dear comrades,
I am writing to inform you that as of December 2nd, 2020 I have started a strike (the umpteenth after several hunger strikes during this year in this prison!) of the air and the common rooms (the only four hours available to get out of the cells in 20 hours).
With this strike I ask for treatment for my illnesses which have been amply documented for about a year by my lawyer Fabio Sommovigo! The reports and complaints submitted by my lawyer have not been enough!
To date, I have been completely ignored, which means condemning me to death, since the diseases from which I suffer, if left untreated, can only worsen!
In addition to all this, I am isolated in cells for an indefinite period of time since I am locked up in a «protected» section and I cannot share a cell with such detainees because I am a «high security» detainee, having the art. 280 [attack for terrorist or subversive purposes] with all the aggravating circumstances!
An isolation within isolation, in total abandonment. In addition to the physical and psychological torture, there is the enormous difficulty to interact with the vast majority of prisoners (rapists, paedophiles, former cops including Montella, the head of the pack at the Piacenza barracks [a barracks seized and seven carabinieri arrested in July for torture, beatings, drug dealing and extortion], pimps, feminicides…).
I have been asking for a transfer for a long time, but like healthcare treatment it’s denied!
My forced stay here is a serious danger for my psycho-physical integrity. Aware of the risks it poses to my already compromised health, I may soon start a hunger strike.
I ask you to spread this letter of mine as much as possible on behalf of every detainee left to die in state prisons.

Beppe was arrested on May 21st, 2019 for the «Prometeo» repressive operation, carried out by the ROS (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale, «Special Operations Grouping») of carabinieri. Natascia and another anarchist, later released from prison in December of the same year, were also arrested in the same operation. The comrades are accused of «attack for terrorist or subversive purposes», since they are held responsible for sending three parcel bombs in June 2017 to prosecutors Rinaudo, public prosecutor in several trials against the antagonist movement and anarchists, and Sparagna, public prosecutor in the trial for the Scripta Manent operation, and to Santi Consolo, at the time director of the DAP, the Department of Penitentiary Administration, in Rome.
On December 17th, 2019 another pre-trial detention came to Beppe, also executed by the ROS. He is accused of placing an incendiary device against a postamat at a post office (Genoa, June 8, 2016). In that period, the post office service was repeatedly attacked because of its collaboration in the expulsion and deportation of migrants through the airline Mistral Air (at that time controlled by Poste italiane).

Très chers compagnons et compagnonnes,
Je vous écris pour vous informer du fait que le 2 décembre 2020 j’ai commencé une grève (l’énième, après différentes grèves de la faim durant l’année passée dans cette prison !), en refusant de sortir à la promenade et de me rendre dans la salle de sociabilité (les seules 4 heures de la journées où on peut sortir de sa cellule).
Par cette grève, je demande d’avoir accès aux soins nécessaires pour mes pathologies, qui ont été largement documentées, et cela depuis un an, par mon avocat Fabio Sommovigo. Les signalements-plaintes faites par mon avocat n’ont pas suffi !
Aujourd’hui encore, on m’ignore complètement, ce qui signifie me condamner à mort, étant donné que les pathologies dont je souffre, si elles ne sont pas soignées, ne peuvent que s’aggraver.
A cela s’ajoute l’isolement dans ma cellule pour une période indéterminée, puisque je suis enfermé dans une section pour prisonniers « sous protection » et je ne peux pas partager ma cellule avec de tels détenus, car je suis en régime « haute sécurité », étant accusé en vertu de l’article 280 [attentat avec finalité de terrorisme ; NdAtt.] avec toutes les circonstances aggravantes.
Un isolement dans l’isolement, dans l’abandon complet. La torture physique et psychologique est augmentée par l’ énorme difficulté que j’ai à me rapporter avec la grande majorité des détenus ici (violeurs, pédophiles, ex-flics dont Montella, le chef de la meute de la caserne de Piacenza [arrêté cette année parce qu’il gérait un réseau de trafic de drogue et d’extorsion, depuis la caserne des Carabinieri ; NdAtt.], des macs, des assassins de femmes…).
Depuis longtemps, je demande d’être transféré, mais cela, comme mes soins, m’est refusé !
Ma permanence forcée ici est un danger pour mon intégrité psycho-physique. Je n’exclus pas de commencer bientôt une grève de la faim, conscient des risques que cela comporte pour ma santé, déjà chancelante.
Je vous demande de relayer le plus possible cette lettre, en nom de chaque détenu que l’État laisse mourir dans ses geôles.

Dopis z vězení od Beppeho
Vážení soudruzi,
Píšu vám, abych vás informoval, že od 2. prosince 2020 jsem zahájil stávku ve společných místnostech (po několika hladovkách během tohoto roku v tomto vězení!)
Touto stávkou usiluji o léčbu svých nemocí, které asi rok hojně dokumentoval můj právník Fabio Sommovigo. Zprávy a stížnosti předložené mým právníkem nestačily.
Do dnešního dne jsem byl úplně ignorován, což znamená odsuzovat mě k smrti. Nemoci, kterými trpím vedou k vážnému zhoršení, pokud se neléčí.
Kromě toho všeho jsem izolován v celách na dobu neurčitou. To protože jsem zavřený v sekci «chráněných», ale nemohu sdílet celu jinými lidmi s takovým statusem, protože jsem obviněným „s vysokou nebezpečností“, v souvislosti s paragrafem 280 [útok s teroristickými nebo podvratnými úmysly] se všemi jeho přitěžujícími okolnostmi!
Je to izolace v izolaci. Kromě fyzického a psychického mučení je nesmírně obtížné komunikovat s drtivou většinou vězňů (násilníci, bývalí policisté včetně Montelly, vedoucí sebranky v kasárnách Piacenza [sedm karabinierů bylo zatčeno za mučení, bití, obchodování s drogami a vydírání], kuplíři, vrazi žen…).
Už dlouho žádám o převod, ale stejně jako v případě zdravotní péče je to zamítnuto. Můj nucený pobyt zde představuje vážné nebezpečí pro mou psycho-fyzickou integritu. Brzy bych mohl zahájit hladovku s vědomím rizik, která to pro mé ohrožené zdraví představuje.
Žádám Vás, abyste co nejvíce šířili tento můj dopis na počest každého zadrženého, který zemřel ve státních věznicích.

Informace o Beppeho kauze: 21. května 2019 Carabinieri del Ros, které vedl žalobce Piero Basilone a Alberto Nobili z protiteroristického útvaru v Miláně zahájili operaci „Prometheo“. Při ní byla zatčena Natascia, Robert a Beppe. Obvinili je z paragrafu 280 trestního zákoníku (útok s teroristickými motivy), ve vztahu k zasílání výbušných obálek Robertu Sparagnovi a Antoniu Rinaudovi, státním zástupcům, kteří se již dlouho zabývají represemi proti každému, kdo vzdoruje tomuto světu klecí a útlaku. Obvinění se také vztahují k zaslání výbušných obálek Santi Consolovi, bývalému řediteli odboru vězeňské správy, odpovědnému za výstavbu věznic, skutečných míst určených k mučení.
