Ancora un 270bis contestato all’anarchica Anna Beniamino
Da quando la DNAA (Direzione Nazionale Antimafia e Antiterrorismo), dal 2015, coordina le varie procure antiterrorismo, queste ultime gareggiano a chi ha il 270bis più facile. A questa competizione tra teste pensanti si è unita anche la polizia penitenziaria, un cui nucleo, a partire dall’autunno del 2020, ha iniziato a dare il proprio contributo alla DNAA.
Così lo scorso venerdì 26 febbraio la Digos di Messina si è recata nel carcere di quella città per notificare alla compagna Anna Beniamino un nuovo 270bis. Secondo gli investigatori Anna avrebbe ricevuto via posta un hard-disk dal contenuto ancora ignoto, questa è la contestazione da cui parte tutto. Ironia – o meglio idiozia – vuole che l’hard-disk in questione contenga i faldoni d’indagine di un altro 270bis, quello di Scripta Manent, e che sia stato autorizzato ad Anna nel 2017 per darle modo di consultare le carte poliziesche di quel procedimento. Da allora fino ad oggi ha seguito Anna per i vari casellari delle carceri in cui lei è transitata, dunque Rebibbia, L’Aquila, Lecce, Messina, di nuovo Rebibbia e di nuovo Messina, fino all’arguta intuizione della procura messinese.

From then until today, the object has followed Anna through the various registries of the prisons in which she has passed, therefore Rebibbia, L’Aquila, Lecce, Messina, Rebibbia again and Messina again, until the witty intuition of the Messina prosecutor’s office.
