Lunedì 4 ottobre: sentenza del processo per l’operazione “Prometeo”. Appello per una presenza solidale davanti al tribunale di Genova
Il 27 e il 28 settembre si sono tenute le arringhe della difesa per il processo Prometeo di fronte alla corte d’assise di Genova.
La sentenza, inizialmente calendarizzata per il 19 ottobre, è stata anticipata a lunedì 4 ottobre, data in cui potranno esserci eventuali repliche del PM con conseguenti controbattute della difesa, e a seguire la camera di consiglio con l’emissione della sentenza entro la serata.
Di fronte alla richiesta della procura che vorrebbe intimidirci tutti seppellendo sotto decenni di carcere i nostri compagni, lanciamo urgentemente un appello per una presenza solidale e rabbiosa lunedì 4 ottobre alle 9,30 davanti al tribunale di Genova (sede distaccata), all’incrocio fra via Fieschi e via Porta d’Archi per aspettare insieme la sentenza.

Monday, October 4: sentence of the trial for the “Prometeo” operation. Appeal for a solidarity gathering in front of the court of Genoa (Italy)
On September 27 and 28, the defence arguments for the Prometeo (“Prometheus”) trial were held in front of the Genoa assize court.
The verdict, initially scheduled for October 19, was brought forward to Monday, October 4, the date on which the prosecutor’s replies and the defence’s counter-arguments could be heard, followed by the council chamber; the verdict will be handed down in the evening.
In the face of the prosecutor’s request [Beppe: 18 years and 4 months, Natascia: 17 years, Robert: 17 years] that would like to intimidate us all by burying our comrades under decades of prison, we urgently call for a solidarity and angry presence on Monday, October 4, at 9.30 am in front of the court in Genoa (branch office), at the intersection of via Fieschi and via Porta d’Archi, to wait together for the sentence.

Opération Prometeo : La sentence attendue pour lundi 4 octobre (Gênes, Italie)
Le 27 et 28 septembre, aux assises de Gênes, les avocats défenseurs ont exposé leur plaidoiries, dans le cadre du procès Prometeo.
La lecture de la sentence, initialement prévue pour le 19 octobre, a été avancé au 4 octobre, quand il y aura d’éventuelles réponses du Parquet et les interventions de la défense à leur propos. Par la suite il y aura la chambre de conseil et le jugement tombera avant la soirée.
Face aux requêtes du Parquet, qui voudrait nous intimider tous, en enterrant nos compagnons sous des dizaines d’années de prison, nous lançons un appel urgent à une présence solidaire et rageuse, lundi 4 octobre à 9h30, devant le tribunal de Gênes (à l’antenne du palais de justice) au carrefour entre via Fieschi et via Porta d’Archi, pour attendre ensemble la sentence.

En tout cas, pas de remords.
