Aggiornamenti sulla situazione di Claudio Lavazza (Francia, 12.01.2021)
La procuratrice Céline Bucau del tribunale di Mont de Marsan, dopo mesi di pretesti per non stabilire il cumulo di pena per Claudio, ieri – 11 gennaio – ha deliberato che tale cumulo debba ammontare a 30 anni, invece che a 25.
La Giustizia francese aggiunge così 5 anni (di 10 a cui Claudio è stato condannato in Francia) al cumulo che era stato stabilito per le condanne in Spagna.
Ora che il cumulo è stato definito, l’avvocato può presentare un ricorso presso la Corte d’appello di Pau perché il nostro compa venga scarcerato in regime di libertà condizionale visto che, considerando i mesi di sconto pena (e in 25 anni di reclusione sono tanti…), Claudio potrebbe già usufruirne.
Entro 15 giorni dovrebbe arrivare risposta a tale ricorso.
Per scrivere a Claudio, aggiorniamo il numero della cella in cui è rinchiuso che non era preciso in precedenti info (la posta gli sta comunque arrivando perché il dato fondamentale a tal fine è il numero di ecrou):

Updates on the situation of Claudio Lavazza (France, January 12, 2021)
Yesterday, January 11, the prosecutor Céline Bucau of the Mont de Marsan court, after months of pretexts not to establish the accumulated sentence for Claudio, decided that it should be 30 years instead of 25.
The French court thus added 5 years (of the 10 years that Claudio was sentenced to in France) to the total sentence that had been set for sentences in Spain.
Now that the accumulation has been defined, the lawyer can appeal to the court of appeal in Pau to have our comrade released on parole given that, taking into account the accumulated months off his sentence (and in 25 years of imprisonment that’s a lot…), Claudio could already benefit from it.
A reply to this appeal should be received within 15 days.
In order to write to Claudio, we are updating the number of the cell in which he is locked up, which was not accurate in previous updates (the mail is reaching him anyway because the fundamental data for this purpose is the ecrou number):
