Operazione repressiva «Ritrovo». Sette anarchici arrestati. Solidarietà da Berlino
Durante la notte del 13 maggio 2020 sono stat* arrestat* sette anarchici tra Bologna, Milano e la Toscana, è stato imposto l’obbligo di dimora per altr* cinque anarchic* ed è stato perquisito lo spazio di documentazione anarchico «Il Tribolo» a Bologna. L’operazione repressiva, denominata «Ritrovo», è stata coordinata dal pubblico ministero Stefano Dambruoso e dai carabinieri del ROS (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale), che hanno effettuato gli arresti e le perquisizioni congiuntamente al comando provinciale dei carabinieri di Bologna.
I sette arrestati sono accusati dell’articolo 270bis del codice penale (associazione sovversiva con finalità di terrorismo o di eversione dell’ordine democratico), le altre accuse sono relative agli articoli 414 (istigazione a delinquere), 639 (deturpamento e imbrattamento) e 635 (danneggiamento). Una persona è accusata dell’articolo 423 (incendio) per l’attacco incendiario del 16 dicembre 2018 contro alcune antenne per le telecomunicazioni situate in località Monte Donato a Bologna e destinate alla trasmissione delle reti televisive nazionali e locali. Sul luogo venne lasciata la scritta «Spegnere le antenne, risvegliare le coscienze. Solidali con gli anarchici detenuti e sorvegliati».
Le forze repressive affermano che sono accusat* di aver creato un’associazione eversivo-terroristica avente «l’obiettivo di affermare e diffondere l’ideologia anarco-insurrezionalista, nonché di istigare, con la diffusione di materiale propagandistico, alla commissione di atti di violenza contro le istituzioni». Inoltre, la procura di Bologna, con l’ausilio dei media di regime, ha sottolineato che le misure cautelari assumono una «strategica valenza preventiva volta ad evitare che in eventuali ulteriori momenti di tensione sociale, scaturibili dalla particolare situazione emergenziale [legata all’epidemia di corona-virus], possano insediarsi altri momenti di più generale campagna di lotta anti-Stato».
In particolare a turbare i sonni della procura di Bologna è stata l’inarrestabile solidarietá che i compagni e le compagne hanno portato a tutti i detenuti/e durante le recenti rivolte nelle carceri. La loro presenza attiva sotto il carcere della Dozza, nonostante tutte le restrizioni dovute alla pandemia, evidentemente risultava essere troppo scomoda per coloro che spervano di poter mettere a tacere le rivolte e la voce dei reclusi facendo i loro sporchi comodi.
Ora, che pubblici ministeri e tirapiedi vari accollino a* compagn* accuse pesanti come quella di terrorismo ed eversione per due scritte su un muro e ferraglia danneggiata, è cosa ormai nota e non staremo di certo qui a fare dell’innocentismo o del vittimismo. Ciò che ci preme sottolineare è il progressivo consolidamento dell’azione repressiva su una dinamica prettamente preventiva.
Il fatto in se non è più l’oggetto principale del procedimento penale (indagine, ricostruzione dei fatti, ricerca dei responsabili, ecc.). L’obiettivo, finalmente dichiarato, dell’apparato repressivo è la criminalizzazione dei nostri comportamenti. La nostra stessa esistenza sale sul banco degli imputati perché, irriducibili a ogni forma di controllo, ogni nostro respiro si fa tempesta tra le maglie del potere. La nostra vita, le nostre relazioni, i nostri sogni, la dignità con cui pretendiamo di vivere sono fiori in questo deserto di paura, sopraffazione e sfruttamento che il sistema che difendete ha creato.
Chi ha conservato la bellezza negli occhi troverà il modo di riprendere in mano il proprio destino. A noi il compito di difendere con dignità questi fiori di resistenza.
Caro stato, cari governi, la vostra inettitudine, l’impoverimento causato dalle vostre logiche di profitto, la violenza che impregna le vostre galere e le vostre caserme, l’imprigionamento e lo sfruttamento derivanti dalle vostre politiche migratorie razziste, la distruzione sistematica della natura in nome dei vostri sporchi interessi, sono sotto gli occhi di tutt* e chi è colpito da tutto ciò in prima persona sa bene dove e contro chi sputare il proprio veleno; non ha bisogno delle nostre «istigazioni», termine che vi diverte usare per definire la nostra solidarietà.
Quello che voi chiamate «imbrattamento» per noi è comunicazione diretta.
Quello che voi chiamate «istigazione a delinquere» per noi è condivisione.
Quello che voi chiamate «progetto criminoso» per noi si chiama lotta.

Italy: «Ritrovo» repressive operation. Seven anarchists arrested. Solidarity from Berlin
During the night of May 13, 2020, seven anarchists were arrested across the cities of Bologna, Milan and the region of Tuscany. Five others were issued cumpolsory residence orders, and the Bologna-based anarchist documentation space Il Tribolo was searched. The repressive operation, called «Ritrovo», was coordinated by the public prosecutor Stefano Dambruoso and the Carabinieri of ROS (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale). The arrests and searches were conducted in cooperation with Bologna’s provincial command of the Carabinieri.
The seven people arrested are charged with article 270bis of the penal code (association for the purposes of terrorism or subversion of the democratic order), together with other charges of incitement to commit crime (article 414), defacement and soiling of property (article 639) and damage to property (article 635). One person is accused of arson (article 423) for the incendiary attack of December 16th 2018 involving telecommunications antennas located in Monte Donato in Bologna, used for the transmission of national and local television networks. On the site of the attack, the sentence «Turn off the antennas, awaken consciences. Solidarity with the anarchists detained and under surveillance» appeared.
The repressive forces affirm that the arrested anarchists are accused of having
created a subversive-terrorist association having «the objective of affirming and spreading the anarchist-insurrectionalist ideology, as well as instigating, with the diffusion of propaganda material, the commission of acts of violence against the institutions». Furthermore, the public prosecutor’s office of Bologna, with the help of the regime’s media, underlined that the precautionary measures assume, in this times of Coronavirus epidemic, a «strategic preventive value aimed at avoiding that in any further moments of social tension, arising from the particular emergency situation [linked to the coronavirus epidemic], other moments of more generalized anti-State struggle campaign can take place».
In particular, the unstoppable solidarity that comrades and companions have brought to all prisoners during the recent prison uprisings has disturbed the sleep of the public prosecutor’s office in Bologna. Their active presence under the Dozza prison, despite all pandemic-related restrictions, was evidently too uncomfortable for those who were hoping to silence the riots and the inmates’
voices by doing their filthy work.
The attempt by prosecutors and their henchmen to saddle comrades with heavy accusations such as terrorism and subversive association based on writings on a wall and damaged scrap metal is a script we know well – we are not interested in claiming either innocence or victimhood. What we want to highlight is the progressive consolidation of repressive actions that are purely preventative.
The occurrence itself is no longer the main object of criminal proceedings (investigation, reconstruction of the facts, search for those responsible, etc.). The declared objective of the repressive apparatus is the criminalization of our behaviour. Our very existence is what motivates prosecution and repression because, resistant to every form of control as we are, our every breath becomes a storm thadt devastates the meshes of power. Our lives, our relationships, our dreams and our dignity are flowers in this desert of fear, oppression and exploitation that the system you defend has created. Those who have kept beauty in their eyes will find a way to take their destiny back into their own hands. It is up to us to defend these flowers of resistance.
Dear state, dear governments: your ineptitude, the progressive impoverishment caused by your profit-driven logic, the violence which saturates your prisons and your barracks, the imprisonment and the exploitation resulting from your racist immigration policies and the systematic destruction of Nature on behalf of your filthy interest are for all to see. Those directly affected by all of this know very well against whom their anger should be directed: they do not need our «instigation», as you like to define our solidarity.
What you call «soiling» is what we call direct communication.
What you call «incitement to commit crime» is what we call sharing of ideas.
What you call «criminal plan» is or daily struggle.

Italien: Repressive operation “Ritrovo”. Sieben verhaftete anarchisten/innen
Während der Nacht des 13. Mai 2020 wurden sieben Anarchisten/innen zwischen Bologna, Mailand und Toskana festgenommen. Das Aufenthaltsgebot wurde anderen fünf Anarchisten /innen auferlegt und der anarchistische Dokumentationsraum Il Tribolo (Bologna) durchsucht. Die repressive Operation wurde «Ritrovo» genannt und vom Staatsanwalt Stefano Dambruoso und den ROS (Special Operating Group) Carabinieri koordiniert, die gemeinsam mit dem Carabinieri-Provinzkommando von Bologna Festnahmen und Durchsuchungen
vorgenommen haben.
Die Festgenommenen werden gemäß Artikel 270bis des Strafgesetzbuches (subversive Vereinigung mit dem Ziel des Terrorismus bzw. der Untergrabung der demokratischen Ordnung) angeklagt. Die übrigen Beschuldigungen betreffen die Artikel 414 (Anstiftung zum Verbrechen), 639 (Verunstaltung und Verschmierung) und 635 (Sachbeschädigung). Einer der Festgenommen wird gemäß Artikel 423 (Brandstiftung) angeklagt, wegen des Brandanschlags vom 16. Dezember 2018 auf Telekommunikationsantennen, die sich in Monte Donato in Bologna befanden und die, für die Ausstrahlung nationaler und lokaler Fernsehsender genutzt wurden. Vor Ort wurde der Aufdruck « Antennen ausschalten. Bewusstsein wecken. Solidarisch mit den inhaftierten und überwachten Anarchisten /innen » hinterlassen. Die repressiven Kräfte behaupten, dass die Verhaftete n beschuldigt werden, eine subversive-terroristische Verschwörung geschaffen zu haben, mit dem Ziel, „ die anarch o-aufständische Ideologie zu verstärken und zu verbreiten sowie durch die Verbreitung von Propagandamaterial die Gewaltanwendung gegen die Institutionen zu fördern “. Darüber hinaus betonte die Staatsanwaltschaft von Bologna mit Hilfe der Medien ” dass, die vorbeugenden M aßnahmen eine Präventive Strategie zur Vermeidung weiterer sozialer Spannungen bilden , die sich aus der besonderen Notsituation [im Zusammenhang mit der Coronavirus-Epidemie] ergeben, in anderen Phasen v on einer umfassenderen Anti-Staats- Kampagneaufzeigenkönnten”.
Jetzt, da Staatsanwälte und ihre Handlanger die Genossen /innen mit so schweren Anklagen wie Terrorismus und Aufruhr wegen zwei Aufschriften auf einer Mauer und Beschädigung von Schrott belasten, ist dieses eine Tatsache, die wir schon gut kennen und wir sind bestimmt nicht hier um Abhandlungen über Selbstmitleid und Unschuld zu machen.
Insbesondere die unaufhaltsame Solidarität, die Genossen und Genossinnen allen Gefangenen während der jüngsten Aufstände in den Gefängnissen entgegengebracht haben, hat den Schlaf der Staatsanwaltschaft in Bologna gestört. Ihre aktive Präsenz unter dem Dozza-Gefängnis war trotz aller Einschränkungen durch die Pandemie offensichtlich zu unbequem für diejenigen, die hofften, die Unruhen und die Stimmen der Häftlinge zum Schweigen bringen zu können, indem sie ihre schmutzige bequeme Arbeit verrichten.
Was wir hervorheben möchten, ist die fortschreitende Konsolidierung der repressiven Maßnahmen auf eine rein präventive Dynamik.
Die Tatsache selbst ist nicht mehr der Hauptgegenstand des Strafverfahrens (Ermittlung, Rekonstruktion des Sachverhalts, Suche nach den Verantwortlichen usw.). Das schließlich erklärte Ziel des Repressionsapparates ist die Kriminalisierung unseres Verhaltens. Unsere Existenz selbst steht auf der Anklagebank des Angeklagten, weil jeder unserer Atemzüge zu einem Sturm in den Maschen der Macht wird, der sich auf keine Form der Kontrolle reduzieren lässt. Unser Leben, unsere Beziehungen, unsere Träume, die Würde, mit der wir zu leben behaupten, sind Blumen in dieser Wüste der Angst, Unterdrückung und Ausbeutung, die das System, das Sie verteidigen, geschaffen hat.
Lieber Staat, liebe Regierungen, eure Untauglichkeit, die Verarmung, die durch euer Profitstreben verursacht wird, die Gewalt, die eure Gefängnisse und eure Kasernen tränkt, die Inhaftierung und Ausbeutung durch eure rassistische Migrationspolitik, die systematische Zerstörung der Natur im Namen eurer dreckigen Interessen, ist für alle sichtbar, und wer von soetwas getroffen ist, weiß selbst, wo und gegen wen sein Gift gespuckt werden muss. Man braucht keine “Anstiftung”, das Wort das ihr gerne benutzt, um unsere Solidarität zu benennen.
Was ihr “Vollschmieren” nennt, ist für uns direkte Kommunikation.
Was ihr “Anstiftung zum Verbrechen” nennt, ist für uns gemeinsamer Nutzen. Was ihr “Kriminellen Plan” nennt, heißt für uns Kampf.
VORBEHALTLOSE SOLIDARITÄT UND MAXIMALE UNTERSTÜTZUNG FÜR DIE VON DER OPERATION “RITROVO” BETROFFENEN ANARCHISTEN UND ANARCHISTINNEN.
