Nuova indagine per 280 in relazione all’attacco contro la caserma dei carabinieri di Bologna
Nei primi giorni di aprile i carabinieri hanno notificato a Robert, già a processo per l’operazione Prometeo, un avviso di garanzia per l’articolo 280 (attentato con finalità di terrorismo) con annessa la richiesta di accertamenti irripetibili urgenti da svolgersi in data 13 aprile 2021 presso la sede dei RIS di Parma sui materiali repertati in data 27 e 28 novembre 2016 nelle aree prossime alla stazione carabinieri di Bologna–Corticella.
Appena un paio di giorni dopo vengono notificate le stesse carte a Giuseppe, rinchiuso attualmente nel carcere bolognese, indagato sempre per l’inchiesta Prometeo. I fatti contestati riguardano l’esplosione di un ordigno avvenuta la notte del 27 novembre 2016 sotto la caserma dei carabinieri.
Occorre fare un breve excursus sulla genesi repressiva che seguì quell’episodio. Il giorno dopo l’esplosione era ospite in città l’allora premier Matteo Renzi che, unitamente alla procura, dichiarò che i responsabili di quel riprovevole gesto sarebbero stati acciuffati a tutti i costi e che sarebbero state messe in campo tutte le risorse necessarie ad assicurare alla giustizia chi aveva osato oltraggiare coi fatti l’autorità indiscussa dell’arma. E in effetti la risposta repressiva non si fece attendere, visto che appena due settimane dopo arrestarono un giocoliere di strada di origine francese. Per quattro mesi fu rinchiuso in AS2 a Ferrara, ma in breve l’entusiasmo della procura capeggiata da Giuseppe Amato (noto per altre inchieste su “associazioni sovversive”) si smorzò a seguito della scarcerazione del malcapitato dopo che una testimone ritrattò le dichiarazioni fatte. L’inchiesta fu tenuta aperta per circa un altro anno per poi essere chiusa senza ulteriori indagati. Il giocoliere fu condannato in primo grado per possesso (solo presunto per via della testimonianza poi ritrattata) di materiale esplodente, per poi essere completamente assolto in appello.
A quasi cinque anni dai fatti, questa inchiesta viene riesumata dalla stessa p. m. Antonella Scandellari che, dopo i fallimenti precedenti, ora ci riprova indagando altri due compagni. Il 10 maggio inizierà a Genova il processo per l’operazione Prometeo e, per rimediare alla pochezza probatoria, gli inquirenti infilano i compagni inquisiti in altri procedimenti: allo scopo di rafforzare la coltre di suggestione con cui imbastiscono le inchieste, si basano su mere ipotesi legate alle idee degli indagati piuttosto che ad azioni concrete. Natascia infatti è stata magicamente inserita nell’operazione Scintilla alla chiusura dell’indagine, mentre ora Beppe e Robert si ritrovano inquisiti in questo nuovo procedimento.
La nullità di chi mette in campo queste farse più che paura ci fa quasi ridere.

New investigation for article 280 in relation to the attack on the Bologna carabinieri barracks (Italy, April 2021)
At the beginning of April the carabinieri notified Robert, already on trial for ”operation Prometeo”, a warranty notice for article 280 (attack for purposes of terrorism) with an attached request for urgent assessments to be carried out on 13th April 2021 at the RIS headquarters in Parma on materials collected on 27 and 28th November 2016 in the areas close to the carabinieri barracks of Bologna–Corticella.
Just a couple of days later the same papers were notified to Giuseppe, presently being held in the prison of Bologna, who is also under investigation for the Prometeo inquest. The disputed facts concern the explosion of a device on the night of November 27, 2016 outside the carabinieri barracks.
We need to make a brief excursus on the repressive genesis that followed that episode. The day after the explosion the prime minister at the time, Matteo Renzi, was visiting the city, and, along with the power of attorney, declared that those responsible for that reprehensible gesture would be caught at any cost and all necessary resources would be put in place to bring to justice those who had dared insult the undisputed authority of the carabinieri with such deeds. And in fact the repressive response was not long in coming, given that just two weeks later they arrested a street juggler of French origin. He was locked up in AS2 in Ferrara for 4 months, but soon the enthusiasm of the prosecutor headed by Giuseppe Amato (known for other inquiries into “subversive associations”) waned following the release of the unfortunate after a witness retracted their statement. The investigation was kept open for about another year, then closed without further investigations. The juggler was convicted in the first instance for possession of explosive material (only allegedly, due to the testimony later retracted), to later be completely acquitted on appeal.
Almost five years later, this investigation has been exhumed by the same prosecutor Antonella Scandellari who, after the preceding failures, is trying again by investigating two other comrades. On May 10th the trial for operation Prometeo is due to start and, to make up for the lack of evidence, the investigators are putting the investigated comrades into other proceedings: in order to strengthen the covering of suggestion with which they are basting the investigations, based on mere assumptions linked to their ideas rather than concrete actions. In fact Natascia has been magically inserted into operation Scintilla at the end of the investigations, while now Beppe and Robert find themselves under investigation in this new procedure.
Rather than scare us, the nullity of who is putting these farces into the field, almost makes us laugh.
