Aggiornamento sulla situazione del compagno anarchico Toby Shone (Regno Unito, ottobre 2021)
Il processo contro Toby è iniziato il 6 ottobre alla Bristol Crown Court. Le accuse inerenti l’amministrazione del sito internet 325.nostate.net, il finanziamento del terrorismo attraverso il sito stesso e la diffusione e raccolta di materiale utile a terroristi sono state ritirate per mancanza di prove.
Le altre accuse relative al possesso di droghe di classe A e B con l’intento di spaccio, di produzione di droga di classe B e un’ulteriore accusa relativa al possesso di droga di classe AA sono ancora al vaglio. In questo momento si ritiene che queste accuse potrebbero comportare un periodo di detenzione di 3-6 anni.
L’Operazione Adream scatenata dallo Stato britannico è un tentativo di distruggere il 325 e le sue pubblicazioni, un attacco alla controinformazione che è connesso alla repressione intensificatasi su quest’isola dopo la pandemia e i conseguenti lockdown, una repressione che è sempre esistita, un attacco a qualsiasi forma di rivolta presente nel Regno Unito.
Non crediamo nella colpa e nell’innocenza, né nella passività, solo nella solidarietà in grado di contribuire alla continuazione del conflitto contro l’esistente.

Update on the situation of anarchist comrade Toby Shone (UK, October 2021)
Toby’s trial began on 6th October at Bristol Crown Court. The charges for administration of 325.nostate.net, funding of terrorism through the website and dissemination of and collection of material useful to terrorists have now been dropped due to lack of evidence.
The other charges of possession of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply, producing a class B drug and a further count of class AA drug possession are still being pursued. At this present time we understand this could carry a jail term of 3-6 years imprisonment.
The Operation Adream that has been unleashed by the British state is an attempt to destroy 325 & its publications, an attack on counter-information that is connected to the repression that has been ramped up on this island since the pandemic and resulting lockdowns, a repression that has always existed, an attack on any form of active revolt here.
We do not believe in guilt and innocence, neither in passivity, only in solidarity that contributes to the continuation of the conflict against the existent.
