Ci volevano sotterrare, ma avevano dimenticato che siamo semi (Berlino, 11.07.2020)

Da venerdì a sabato sera gli uomini della security sono rimasti davanti alla nostra casa, che al momento non ha più portoni d’entrata. Ieri mattina verso le 06:30 c’era tutta l’aria di un nuovo tentativo, da parte degli sbirri, di entrare nella parte anteriore dell’edificio (Vorderhaus). Alle 7:30 si è presentato di nuovo il cosiddetto Hausvervalter (Amministratore dell’edificio), Torsten Luschnat, con l’intento di accedere al quarto piano dell’R94. Naturalmente non c’è ancora nessun proprietario della casa, ma gli sbirri e i loro amici nel senato hanno deciso di fidarsi della nuova amministrazione, che ha già agito come se avesse diritto di entrare in casa nostra. La Luschnat Immobilien è uscita da ogni condizione di legalità nel momento in cui ha provato a fare irruzione nell’appartamento per sgomberarlo. Il tentativo di sgombero è cominciato quando i muratori, scortati dagli sbirri, hanno iniziato a colpire a martellate la porta murata, ferendo le persone che si trovavano dietro. La gente al di la della barricata si è difesa, mandando a monte il piano. In questo modo gli è stato impedito l’accesso. Successivamente sbirri e manovali, si sono avviati al sottotetto iniziando a rompere il pavimento per crearsi un buco e tentare di calarsi al quarto piano. Purtroppo per loro gli occupanti sono riusciti a tenerli alla larga e per paura di uscire dai margini legali con le loro pratiche, la sbirraglia ha deciso di interrompere la missione e piazzarsi, insieme ai pupazzi della security, nuovamente di fronte alla nostra casa. A questo punto ai muratori non restava altro che prendere cose dall’appartamento al piano terra (l’unico) sgomberato venerdì, buttarle via e cominciare ad usarlo come loro cesso e cucina. Appena hanno capito che c’era una persona che stava per mostrargli un contratto d’affitto per quell’appartamento, lo hanno serrato. Per mostrare il loro potere gli sbirri hanno smesso di fare entrare tutti coloro che non erano registrati nella casa. Nel pomeriggio hanno abbandonato la posizione. Poco prima che il corteo solidale, organizzato in serata, arrivasse davanti alla nostra casa, gli uomini della security sono stati fatti allontanare scortati dagli sbirri. Al corteo hanno partecipato centinaia di persone. Molti sono rimasti fino a notte inoltrata.
La strategia dello Stato dietro a questo attacco
È facile notare come gli stati in tutto il mondo reagiscono in maniera autoritaria alle lotte sociali che si dedicano alla solidarietà e all’uguaglianza. Le persone però si oppongono, si rivoltano e si difendono. Se diamo un’occhiata agli spazi autogestiti di Berlino, la tattica della sbirraglia diventa immediatamente chiara: si vogliono liberare di noi perché hanno paura del nostro stare insieme, delle nostre connessioni e della nostra resistenza collettiva. Ricorrono sempre più spesso al «Kalte Räumung» (gli sgomberi senza mandato) come è successo ad esempio per il G17a, la Teppichfabrik o il SabotGarden. Per quanto riguarda il Rigaer94 c’è una strategia a lungo termine come nel 2016. Andreas Geisel (SPD) utilizza una tattica simile a quella di Henkel (AFD). Una parte di questa strategia è stata la creazione e il posizionamento delle unità BPE (nuove squadre di sbirri che vengono piazzate in zone, a loro dire, «di pericolo») davanti alla nostra porta o nella vicina Dorfplatz, con lo scopo di controllare le persone che entrano ed escono dalla casa o che passano di lì. Nonostante il Coronavirus, queste misure sono state intensificate.
Il piano questa volta è stato usare il pretesto delle perquisizioni per cacciare le persone di casa, rimuovere i nostri portoni e aggiudicarsi il controllo sulla nostra abitazione. È chiaro per tutte e tutti che questa procedura è strettamente connessa con il tentativo di sgomberare il nostro vicino: il Liebig34. Da un lato è probabile che le squadre di sicurezza private, che hanno già detto che rimarranno per le prossime settimane, si faranno vive di nuovo per rimanere davanti alla nostra entrata fino allo sgombero del Liebig34, dall’altro non è chiaro se gli sbirri proveranno a rientrare o a stazionare davanti al nostro spazio. Il loro obiettivo è tentare di bloccare le persone nella casa e impedire che l’R94 diventi una spina nel fianco del nemico durante la lotta che verrà. È l’ennesimo tentativo di scioccare, isolare e indebolire il movimento che combatte contro lo Stato e il capitale. Conoscono bene il nostro solido rapporto e la solidarietà che ci lega al Liebig34. È successo tutto in un periodo in cui le nostre connessioni con il vicinato si sono fatte più forti e più strette (a parte quelle con la gente che aspira alla pace con un sistema che è tra i più ricchi del mondo, come Bambiland). Ogni giorno mettiamo in pratica la nostra politica dal basso nelle strade e ci impegniamo a riprenderci i nostri spazi e a consolidare un vicinato basato sulla ribellione.
Questo attacco dello Stato alle nostre idee e alle nostre strutture è chiaramente un tentativo di instaurare più controllo sulla nostra casa, sul nostro vicinato, su tutti coloro che si sentono parte di ciò e che combattono. Lo Stato conosce bene la forza della nostra solidarietà, della nostra lotta collettiva contro questo sistema assassino.
Una nuova fase di sgomberi è già cominciata. Non accadrà in un dato giorno X. Accade oggi e accadrà domani!
Riprendiamoci le case per coloro che ne hanno bisogno.
L’attacco ad uno spazio è un attacco a tutti noi.
Non dimenticate il corteo per i progetti minacciati, il 1 agosto alle 20:00 (si parte da Herrfurthplatz), e quello spontaneo non autorizzato alle 21:00 del giorno X.
Chiamiamo tutti e tutte ad azioni decentrate. Siate creativi/e nelle strade e guardatevi le spalle a vicenda. Ogni attacco dello Stato, ogni sgombero, richiede risposte adeguate.

From friday till saturday evening securities were in front of our house, that does not have any of its front doors anymore. Yesterday morning, around 6:30 am the cops attempted to enter again our front-house block. The so-called “Hausverwalter” Torsten Luschnat arrived at 7 am in order to enter the 4th floor flat in front house of 94. Of course, there is still no owner of the house known but the cops and their commanders in the senate decided to trust the new company, that pretends they are legally allowed to enter. Luschnat Immobilien did not even follow any legal frame and attacked the flat in order to evict it. The attack started from the construction team secured by the cops, by trying to smash through a bricked up door attempting to injure people who were behind it. The people behind the barricades showed an active defense and managed to ruin these plans. Therefore, it was impossible for the workers to enter. They and the cops went to the attic and smashed a hole into the ground ending up in the next door appartment. Unfortunately for them, also the tenant who lives there, managed to keep them out of the flat. Because of the escalation, the cops, afraid of leaving the legal frame, were not willed to continue and stopped the procedure. After those failed attempts of entering our flats, the cops stood in front of our door with the security team. At the same time, the construction team started throwing all the stuff from the ground floor flat, that had been evicted on friday, to the trash. The security team and the workers started to use the toilet and kitchen of the flat. Actually, as soon as they realized that there is a contract still existing, with a person present being able to show it, the doors of the apartment were closed. To demonstrate their power, the cops, from time to time, decided to prevent people who are not registered to come inside. In the afternoon the cops left their position in front of our house. Before the demo arrived, the securities also left being secure by cops. Hundreds of solidary people joined the demonstration and gathered in front of our house until late in the night.
Which is the state’s strategy behind this attack
We recognize that the states worldwide take an authoritarian position on struggles for a society based on solidarity and equality. But people revolt and defend themselves. If we look at self-organised spaces in Berlin, the state’s agenda is obvious: They want to get rid of us but fear our connection and common resistance. They try to establish more and more the strategy of long enduring cold evictions as they did in case of G17a, Teppichfabrik, Sabot Garden etc.. For Rigaer94 there is once again a long-term planned strategy as it was in 2016. Geisel now uses a similar tactic as Henkel did. It was part of their strategy, to, since January, place the BPE-unit in front of our door or Dorfplatz for months and control people who want to enter, leave or pass by the house. Even in times of corona these police measurments intensified.
This time, it had been the plan to use raids in order to evict people from their flats, get rid of our doors and gain control over the house. It is obvious, that the entire offense is connected to the attempt to evict our neighbours Liebig34. On the one hand it is possible that private securities, who said they will stay for the upcomming weeks, will show up again and stay at our entrance until the eviction of Liebig34. On the other hand it is not clear if and how cops will further restict us. There is the intention to immobilize people from the house as well as to prevent the house being a thorn in the enemy’s eye in the upcoming fight. It was a try to shock, weaken and isolate the movement who fights against the state and capital. They are fully aware of our close connection and solidary comradeship with Liebig 34. It as well happens in a time, when our connection with the neighborhood has been growing stronger and closer (except the one with the people longing for peace with this system in one of the wealthiest countries in the world, as Bambiland). Everyday we make our politics from below in the streets and position ourselves in order to reclaim spaces and build a rebellious neighborhood.
This attack from the state towards our ideas and our structures is definitely an attempt to gain more control over our house, neighbourhood and everyone who is a part of it and its struggles. The state knows the strength of our solidarity and our common fight against this murderous system.
A period of evictions has already started. It is not centered around one specific day X, it is now and will be tomorrow.
Let’s take back the houses to those who need them!
If there is an attack on one project, they attack us all!

Von Freitag bis Samstag Abend standen Securities vor unserem Haus, welches nun keine ihrer Eingangstüren mehr hat. Gestern morgen, gegen 6:30 Uhr machte die Polizei den Anschein wieder unser Vorderhaus zu betreten. Um 7 Uhr kam der so genannte, “Hausverwalter” Torsten Luschnat um den 4. Stock des Vorderhauses der R94 zu betreten. Natürlich gibt es immer noch keinen Eigentümer des Hauses aber die Bullen und ihre Freunde im Senat beschlossen der neuen Verwaltung zu vertrauen, welche so tat als hätten sie ein Recht darauf unser Haus zu betreten. Luschnat Immobilien verließ jeglichen legalen Rahmen als sie versuchten in die Wohnung einzubrechen um sie zu räumen. Die versuchte Räumung startete damit, dass Bauarbeiter (mit Polizeischutz) auf die zugemauerte Tür einschlugen und so die sich dahinter befindlichen Menschen verletzten. Die Menschen hinter den Barrikaden verteidigten sich, so dass die Bauarbeiter nicht mit ihrem ursprünglichen Plan vortsetzten konnten. Daher war es den Arbeitern nicht mehr möglich die Wohnung zu betreten. Als nächstes begaben sich Arbeiter und Cops auf den Dachboden um ein Loch durch den Boden in die Decke der gegenüberliegenden Wohnung im 4. Stock zu schlagen. Doch, zu ihrem Pech, schafften es die Bewohner sie aus der Wohnung fernzuhalten. Da sie Angst hatten auf Grund der Eskalation den legalen Rahmen zu verlassen brachen die Cops ihre Mission ab. Nach dem gescheiterten Versuch unsere Wohnungen zu betreten, standen Cops und Securities weiterhin vor unserem Haus. Zum selben Zeitpunkt begannen Bauarbeiter Sachen aus der, am Freitag geräumten, Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zu holen und wegzuschmeißen. Sie benutzen die Wohnung nun als ihre Toiliette, Küche etc. Doch als sie bemerkten, dass es einen Menschen gibt, der im Stande dazu ist einen bestehenden Mietvertrag für diese Wohnung vorzulegen, schlossen sie die Wohnung ab. Um ihre Macht zu demonstrieren verweigerten die Cops zeitweise weiterhin Menschen, die nicht im Haus registriert sind, den Zugang. Nachmittags verliessen die Cops dann ihre Stellung vor unserem Haus unserer. Bevor die Demo unser Haus erreichte wurden die Secus unter Polizeischutz abgeführt. Hunderte solidarische Menschen versammelten sich am Abend für eine Demo. Diese endete vor unserem Haus, Menschen blieben bis spät in die Nacht.
Was ist die Strategie des Staates hinter diesem Angriff
Wir merken, dass Staaten weltweit sehr autoritär auf soziale Kämpfe reagieren, welche sich der Gleichheit und Solidarität verschrieben haben. Doch die Menschen revoltieren und verteidigen sich selbst. Wenn wir einen Blick auf die selbstorganisierten Räume in Berlin werfen wird uns schnell die Taktik der Bullerei klar: Sie wollen uns los werden, denn sie haben Angst vor unserem Zusammenhalt und gemeinsamen Widerstand. Sie fahren immer öfter die Strategie der “kalten Räumung” wie zum Beispiel mit G17a, Teppichfabrik oder dem SabotGarden. Für Rigaer94 gibt es wieder einmal eine langfristig geplante Strategie wie im Jahr 2016. Geisel wendet nun eine ähnliche Taktik wie Henkel an. Teil dieser Strategie war es, ab Januar die BPE-Einheit vor unserer Tür oder am Dorfplatz zu platzieren und die Leute zu kontrollieren, die das Haus betreten oder verlassen wollen oder vorbei gehen. Trotz Zeiten von Corona wurden die Massnahmen intensiver.
Diesmal war der Plan, unter dem Vorwand von Hausdursuchungen, Menschen aus ihren Wohnungen zu vertreiben, unsere Türen zu entfernen und Kontrolle über das Haus zu erlangen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das gesamte Vorgehen mit dem Versuch verbunden ist, unsere Nachbarn Liebig34 zu räumen. Zum einen ist es möglich, dass die Secus wieder auftauchen und bis zur Räumung bleiben, da sie behaupteten, mehrere Wochen zu bleiben. Zum anderen ist unklar, ob die Cops uns in den kommenden Wochen vor oder in unserem Haus weiter einschränken wollen. Ziel ist es, Personen aus dem Haus zu immobilisieren sowie zu verhindern, dass das Haus dem Feind im bevorstehenden Kampf ein Dorn im Auge ist. Es war ein Versuch, die Bewegung, die gegen Staat und Kapital kämpft, zu schockien, zu schwächen und zu isolieren.
Sie sind sich unserer engen Verbindung und solidarischer Beziehung mit Liebig34 voll bewusst. Dies geschieht auch in einer Zeit, in der unsere Beziehungen mit der Nachbarschaft stärker und enger geworden ist (ausgenommen der Nachbarschaft die sich nach Frieden mit dem System in einem der reichsten Länder der Welt sehnen, wie Bambiland). Jeden Tag machen wir unsere Politik von unten in den Straßen und positionieren uns, um Räume zurückzuerobern und eine rebellische Nachbarschaft aufzubauen.
Dieser Angriff des Staates auf unsere Ideen und unsere Strukturen ist definitiv ein Versuch, mehr Kontrolle zu gewinnen über unser Haus, unsere Nachbarschaft und alle die sich als Teil dessen und den Kämpfen darum sehen. Der Staat kennt die Stärke unserer Solidarität und unseres gemeinsamen Kampfes gegen dieses mörderische System.
Eine Phase von Räumungen hat bereits begonnen. Sie findet sich nicht an einem bestimmten Tag X statt, sondern ist jetzt und morgen!
Lasst uns die Häuser zurueck nehmen fuer die, die sie brauchen.
Der Angriff auf ein Projekt is ein Angriff auf uns alle.
Vergesst nicht die Demonstration fuer die bedrohten Projekte am 1.August um 20Uhr (Startpunkt Herrfurthplatz) und die Spontis um 21 Uhr am Tag X.
