In prossimità del processo per l’operazione Bialystok, appello alla solidarietà economica
La mattina del 12 giugno del 2020 il Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale dei carabinieri mette in scena l’ennesima operazione anti-terrorista contro gli anarchici e le anarchiche in Italia a firma della procura di Roma.
Cinque anarchicx finiscono nelle segrete dello Stato e inizialmente due rimangono reclusi ai domiciliari.
Al giorno d’oggi le nostre e i nostri compagni continuano ad essere rinchiusi mentre uno dei compagni inizialmente costretto al domicilio coatto è libero.
Tra le accuse mosse nei loro confronti la solita associazione sovversiva con finalità di terrorismo e istigazione a delinquere.
Tra le principali motivazioni dell’inchiesta l’attacco, tramite ordigno esplosivo, alla caserma dei carabinieri di San Giovanni a Roma [7 dicembre 2017], l’incendio di diverse auto car-sharing ENI-Enjoy [28 febbraio 2019], presidi sotto le mura di diverse carceri, l’organizzazione di dibattiti, assemblee e concerti benefit.
Ancora una volta l’obiettivo del potere è quello di colpire chi si rivendica la solidarietà come pratica offensiva e supporta attivamente i compagni e le compagne rinchiuse nelle prigioni dello Stato.
Dopo più di cinque mesi di reclusione nelle sezioni di Alta Sorveglianza 2, tre di isolamento, posta sottoposta a censura e sequestrata, colloqui interrotti e sostituiti da video-colloqui e brevi telefonate, le nostre compagne ed i nostri compagni si troveranno ad affrontare l’inizio di questa messinscena processuale, probabilmente in video conferenza, il 14 dicembre 2020.
Per questo ci sentiamo di fare un’appello, più che mai urgente di questi tempi, alla solidarietà, la stessa che vorrebbero mettere sotto processo, a chi si trova tra le maglie del potere.
Solidarietà che sentiamo complice e multiforme. Che crediamo sia attacco diretto a chi la vorrebbe vinta dalla rassegnazione.
Purtroppo il sostegno è fatto anche di vil denaro, per permettere alla difesa di poter controbattere alle varie perizie dell’accusa attraverso delle consulenze di esperti.
È ormai evidente come l’apparato repressivo stia affinando l’uso di strumenti tecno-scientifici per sostanziare i suoi impianti accusatori.
Se in processi recenti e passati è stato l’utilizzo di tracce di DNA la prova regina ineluttabile, assistiamo anche in questo processo al tentativo d’introdurre la validità di nuovi strumenti all’interno delle prove biometriche.
Riteniamo importante, come compagne e compagni, di dotarci di tutti gli strumenti in nostro possesso per contrastare la nuova prassi accusatoria che sta facendo giurisprudenza sulla pelle dei nostri e delle nostre compagne.
Invitiamo, quindi, tutte quelle individualità e quei collettivi a supportare come ritengano opportuno i nostri compagni e le nostre compagne, anche, se possibile, a livello economico, attraverso la cassa di solidarietà dell’operazione «Bialystok».

In the run-up to the trial for operation Bialystok, a call for economic solidarity (Italy)
On the morning of June 12, 2020, the Special Operational Group of the Carabinieri staged yet another anti-terrorist operation against anarchists and anarchists in Italy by the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Five anarchists end up in the dungeons of the state and initially two remain imprisoned at home.
Nowadays our comrades continue to be locked up while one of the comrades initially forced under house arrest is free.
Among the accusations made against them is the usual «subversive association with the purpose of terrorism» and «incitement to commit crimes».
Among the main reasons for the investigation were the attack, using an explosive device, on the Carabinieri barracks of San Giovanni in Rome [December 7, 2017], the burning of several ENI-Enjoy car-sharing cars [February 28, 2019], meetings under the walls of various prisons, and the organisation of debates, assemblies and benefit concerts.
Once again the goal of power is to strike those who claim solidarity as an offensive practice and actively support their comrades locked in state prisons.
After more than five months of imprisonment in the sections of «Alta Sorveglianza 2» (High Surveillance 2), three months of isolation, censored and confiscated mail, interrupted interviews and replaced by video interviews and short phone calls, our comrades will face the beginning of this trial, probably in video conference, on December 14, 2020.
This is why we feel we are making an appeal, more urgent than ever these days, to solidarity, the same solidarity that they would like to put on trial, to those who are in the midst of power.
Solidarity that we feel is complicit and multiform. That we believe is a direct attack on those who would like to be overcome by resignation.
Unfortunately, the support is also made up of money, to allow the defence to be able to respond to the various expert opinions of the prosecution through expert advice.
It is now evident that the repressive apparatus is refining the use of techno-scientific instruments to substantiate its accusatory systems.
If in recent and past trials the use of DNA traces has been the unavoidable queen of evidence, we are also witnessing in this trial an attempt to introduce the validity of new instruments into biometric evidence.
We believe it is important, as comrades, to equip ourselves with all the tools in our possession to counter the new accusatory practice that is making jurisprudence on the skin of our comrades.
We invite, therefore, all those individuals and collectives to support our comrades as they deem appropriate, even, if possible, on an economic level, through the solidarity fund of «Bialystok» operation.

Ιταλία: Καμπάνια αλληλεγγύης και οικ. στήριξης για τα διωκώμενα συντρόφια της επιχείρησης «Bialystok»
Ξημερώματα της 12ης Ιουνίου 2020, η Ειδική Επιχειρησιακή Μονάδα των Carabinieri εξαπέλυσε μία ακόμη αντι-τρομοκρατική επιχείρηση κατά αναρχικών στην Ιταλία, κατ’ εντολή της Εισαγγελίας της Ρώμης.
Πέντε αναρχικά συντρόφια κατέληξαν στα κελιά του κράτους, και, αρχικά, δύο παρέμειναν υπό κατ’ οίκον περιορισμό. Σήμερα, τα συντρόφια μας εξακολουθούν να βρίσκονται έγκλειστα, ενώ ο ένας σύντροφος στον οποίον αρχικά επιβλήθηκε κατ’ οίκον περιορισμός είναι πλέον ελεύθερος. Μεταξύ των κατηγοριών εναντίον τους, βρίσκεται η συνήθης «ανατρεπτική οργάνωση με τρομοκρατικούς σκοπούς» και η «υποκίνηση σε διάπραξη εγκλημάτων».
Ανάμεσα στους βασικούς λόγους της έρευνας, ήταν η επίθεση με εκρηκτικό μηχανισμό στο Αστυνομικό Τμήμα του San Giovanni στη Ρώμη (στις 7 Δεκεμβρίου 2017), ο εμπρησμός διάφορων εταιρικών οχημάτων της ENI-Enjoy (στις 28 Φεβρουαρίου 2019), καθώς και συγκεντρώσεις δίπλα στα τείχη των φυλακών, και η διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, συνελεύσεων και συναυλιών οικονομικής ενίσχυσης.
Για μία ακόμη φορά, σκοπός της εξουσίας είναι να πλήξει όσες και όσους αντιλαμβάνονται την αλληλεγγύη ως πρακτική επίθεσης και έμπρακτης στήριξης των συντροφισσών και των συντρόφων που βρίσκονται έγκλειστοι στις κρατικές φυλακές.
Έπειτα από περισσότερους από πέντε μήνες εγκλεισμού στις πτέρυγες «Alta Sorveglianza 2 (Υψηλής Επιτήρησης 2)», με τρεις μήνες απομόνωση, λογοκρισία και κατάσχεση αλληλογραφίας, απαγόρευση δικαστικών αγορεύσεων και αντικατάστασή τους από τηλεδιασκέψεις μέσω βίντεο, μείωση χρόνου τηλεφωνημάτων, τα συντρόφια μας βρίσκονται ενώπιον της έναρξης της δίκης, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης, στις 14 Δεκεμβρίου 2020.
Να γιατί προβαίνουμε σε κάλεσμα αλληλεγγύης, το οποίο αυτές τις μέρες είναι πιο επείγον από ποτέ · την ίδια αλληλεγγύη που ήθελαν να δικάσουν, την αλληλεγγύη προς όσες και όσους βρίσκονται στο στόχαστρο της εξουσίας. Την αλληλεγγύη που θεωρούμε πως πρέπει να εκφράζεται συνένοχα και πολύμορφα, που θεωρούμε ως άμεση δράση ενάντια σε όσους θέλουν να μας ωθήσουν σε συνθηκολόγηση.
Δυστυχώς, το κάλεσμα στήριξης αφορά επίσης και τη συγκέντρωση χρημάτων, ούτως ώστε να δοθεί η δυνατότητα στην υπεράσπιση να αντεπεξέλθει, μέσω εξειδικευμένων τοποθετήσεων, στις διάφορες θέσεις που θα ακουστούν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας. Είναι πλέον προφανές πως ο κατασταλτικός μηχανισμός διϋλίζει τις δυνατότητες χρήσης των τεχνο-επιστημονικών εργαλείων, προκειμένου να στηρίξει το δικαστικό του σύστημα.
Αν σε παροντικές και παρελθοντικές δίκες η χρήση δειγμάτων DNA αποτελούσε την αναπόφευκτη βασίλισσα των αποδεικτικών στοιχείων, στη συγκεκριμένη δίκη γινόμαστε επίσης μάρτυρες μιας απόπειρας να εισαχθούν ως έγκυρα τα νέα εργαλεία που βασίζονται σε βιομετρικά στοιχεία.
Θεωρούμε σημαντικό, ως σύντροφοι και συντρόφισσες, να εφοδιαστούμε με όλα τα αναγκαία εργαλεία ώστε ν’ αντιτεθούμε στις σύγχρονες πρακτικές κατασκευής ενοχής, οι οποίες οικοδομούν νομολογίες στις πλάτες των συντρόφων και των συντροφισσών μας.
Καλούμε, λοιπόν, όλα τα άτομα και τις συλλογικότητες να στηρίξουν τα συντρόφια μας όπως κρίνουν σκόπιμο, και, αν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα, και σε οικονομικό επίπεδο, μέσω της καμπάνιας αλληλεγγύης για την επιχείρηση «Bialystok».
