Da ottobre 2019, a seguito del mio ferimento accidentale durante l’esproprio di un’agenzia del casinò statale a Cholargos (Atene), sono rimasto in fuga dalla rete di controllo repressivo preventivo e criminale. Un effetto collaterale del mio infortunio è stata la scoperta di una serie di strumenti di resistenza illegali e la divulgazione del mio legame con l’organizzazione di guerriglia Organizzazione di Autodifesa Rivoluzionaria [Οργανισμός Επαναστατικής Αυτοάμυνας, OEA]. Essendo latitante, ho reso pubblica la mia responsabilità politica per la prevista ricostruzione della guerriglia, con l’esempio dell’Organizzazione di Autodifesa Rivoluzionaria come punto di partenza. Ribaltando la condizione di isolamento politico di coloro che sfuggono alle convenzioni ricattatorie ricercate e impiegate dallo Stato (qualunque esso sia), ho partecipato al massimo possibile al dialogo pubblico del movimento, con un occhio allo sviluppo della lotta di classe rivoluzionaria. Il periodo della clandestinità è stato un tentativo transitorio di riposizionarmi nello spazio socio-politico globale della resistenza, per fuggire in avanti. Nel primo anno, non si è raggiunta la rottura delle barriere radicate. Sono rimasto intrappolato in un isolamento legato ai vicoli ciechi collettivi del movimento greco.
Lunedì 9 agosto ho tentato l’esproprio del fondo di una banca a Pefka, Salonicco. Mentre lasciavo la zona alla guida di un’automobile, dopo essermi precedentemente mosso in moto, sono stato bloccato e arrestato da mercenari di Stato in uniforme, che si erano mobilitati per localizzare e catturare l’autore della rapina. Il mio arresto non è nemmeno lontanamente collegato alla mia precedente caccia da parte degli apparati speciali anti-guerriglia e, più in generale, da parte della polizia e della sorveglianza digitale. Finché non ho dichiarato il mio nome, non sapevano chi avevano arrestato.
Inizialmente sono stato detenuto nella sede della polizia di Salonicco (AMETH), nel centro di detenzione per rifiuti, insieme agli altri prigionieri sociali. Ora mi trovo nell’ala sotterranea della prigione femminile di Korydallos, che è stata costruita due decenni fa appositamente per i prigionieri politici delle operazioni di repressione contro la 17 Novembre [Επαναστατική Οργάνωση 17 Νοέμβρη, 17N] e Lotta Popolare Rivoluzionaria [Επαναστατικός Λαϊκός Αγώνας, ΕΛΑ] e dove sono passati i prigionieri dell’organizzazione Lotta Rivoluzionaria [Επαναστατικού Αγώνα, EA] e gli altri prigionieri politici collegati al primo processo contro questa organizzazione. I prigionieri politici Dinos Giagtzoglou, Christodoulos Xiros e Savvas Xiros sono attualmente nella stessa ala sotterranea. Così ho iniziato a scontare la pena (16 anni) relativa all’indagine sull’esproprio a Cholargos e sull’Organizzazione di Autodifesa Rivoluzionaria, condanna che mi è stata comminata in contumacia dal tribunale nel mese di aprile.
La nuova indagine, per il momento, si riferisce esclusivamente all’esproprio della banca e, ad eccezione di un punto di dubbia concettualizzazione (l’accusa di “violenza con armi da fuoco”), assegna accuse che, secondo i codici ideologici del diritto dell’ordine borghese, corrispondono anzitutto agli atti di cui mi sono reso responsabile (l’espropriazione della banca, l’esibizione di un’arma, l’appropriazione temporanea e potenzialmente risarcibile di due veicoli privati come mezzi necessari per l’esproprio della banca e il rifiuto di farmi fotografare durante la fase pre-processuale, così come rifiuto di acconsentire al regime persecutorio da Far West delle taglie mediatiche). Anche se non si possono nascondere né le sconfitte tattiche con le loro gravi conseguenze personali, né il loro retroscena collettivo e personale, e anche se ho giudicato che un processo pubblico per questo particolare esproprio in banca sarebbe di scarsa importanza come campo di battaglia politico, non riconosco il diritto al di fuori di ciò che è storicamente: la regola di subordinazione alla sovranità idealizzata di classe. Per una difesa politica di ognuna delle mie azioni e di tutte queste in termini di classe e culturali, i compagni possono fare riferimento alle centinaia di pagine che ho scritto nell’ultimo anno e mezzo. Spero di poter pubblicare presto un resoconto politico degli ultimi sviluppi.
Con l’insorgenza proletaria nel cuore, l’anarchia nella mente, il comunismo libertario nella pratica e l’autogestione sociale nel programma, confermo la mia presenza dove un nuovo mondo libero è in gestazione.

From October 2019, following my injury during the expropriation in a local store of a state casino in Holargos (Athens), I fled the nexus of preventive and criminal repressive control. The side effect of my injury was the discovery of a set of illegal tools of resistance and the revelation of my relationship with the guerrilla organization Revolutionary Self-Defence. Being an outlaw, I made public my political responsibility for the intended reconstruction of the guerrilla struggle, starting with the example of the Revolutionary Self-Defence Organization. Reversing the condition of political isolation of the one who escapes the blackmailing conventions which the state seeks and which serves it (wherever it comes from), I participated to the maximum in the public movement dialogue, with an eye to the evolution of the revolutionary class struggle. The period of exile was a transitional attempt to reposition myself in the global socio-political space of resistance in order to go forward. In the first year, the breaking of deep-rooted barriers was not achieved. I remained trapped in an isolation related to the collective impasses of the Greek movement.
On Monday, August 9, I attempted the expropriation of a bank fund in Pefka area, in Thessaloniki. As I was leaving the area, in a car and having previously ridden a motorcycle, I was stopped and taken prisoner by uniformed state mercenaries who had mobilized to locate and trap the perpetrator of the robbery. My capture is not in the slightest connected with my earlier search by the special anti-guerrilla mechanisms and, more broadly, by police and digital surveillance. Until I said my name, they did not know who they had arrested.
Initially, I was detained at the police headquarters in Thessaloniki (AMET), in the garbage detention centre, together with the other social prisoners. I am now in the underground wing of the women’s prison in Korydallos, which was built 2 decades ago specially for the political prisoners of the repressive operations against the 17N and the Revolutionary People’s Struggle and through which the captured guerrillas of the Revolutionary Struggle organization and the rest of the political prisoners of the most relevant court cases have passed. The political prisoners Dinos Giagtzoglou, Christodoulos Xiros and Savvas Xiros are currently in the same wing. The serving of the sentence (16 years) of the expropriation court in Holargos and the case of the Revolutionary Self-Defence Org. has begun.
So far the new case file concerns only the expropriation of the bank and, with the exception of a point of dubious concept (accusation of “use of weapons”), attributes accusations which, according to the ideological codes of bourgeois law, first correspond to acts by which I undertook the expropriation of the bank, the showing of a weapon, the temporary and potentially compensated appropriation of 2 private vehicles as necessary means for the expropriation of the bank and the refusal to be photographed during the pre-investigative phase, as a refusal of consent to the persecuting regime. Although neither the tactical defeats with their serious personal consequences nor their collective and personal background can be hidden, and although I considered a public trial for this specific bank expropriation to be of little importance as a political battleground, I do not recognize the law of what they are historically: a rule of subjugation to idealized class domination. For the political defence of each of my actions and all of them in class and cultural terms, the comrades can refer to the hundreds of pages I have written in the past year and a half. I hope to be able to publish a political account of the latest developments soon.
With the proletarian uprising in the heart, anarchy in the mind, libertarian communism in practice and ecumenical socialist self-government in the program I confirm my presence where a new free world is being conceived.

Από τον Οκτώβρη του 2019, μετά τον τραυματισμό μου κατά τη διάρκεια απαλλοτρίωσης σε τοπικό κατάστημα κρατικού καζίνου στον Χολαργό (Αθήνα), πέρασα σε κατάσταση φυγής από το πλέγμα του προληπτικού και ποινικού κατασταλτικού ελέγχου. Παρεπόμενο του τραυματισμού μου ήταν η ανεύρεση ενός συνόλου παράνομων εργαλείων αντίστασης και η αποκάλυψη της σχέσης μου με την αντάρτικη Οργάνωση Επαναστατική Αυτοάμυνα. Όντας έκνομος, δημοσιοποίησα την πολιτική ευθύνη μου για τη σκοπούμενη ανασυγκρότηση της αντάρτικης πάλης, με θέση δικής μου εκκίνησης το παράδειγμα της Οργάνωσης Επαναστατική Αυτοάμυνα. Αντιστρέφοντας τη συνθήκη πολιτικής απομόνωσης εκείνου που διαφεύγει από τις εκβιαστικές συμβάσεις, την οποία επιδιώκει το κράτος και η οποία το υπηρετεί (απ’ όπου κι αν προέρχεται), συμμετείχα κατά το μέγιστο στον δημόσιο κινηματικό διάλογο, με το βλέμμα στην εξέλιξη της επαναστατικής ταξικής πάλης. Το διάστημα της εκνομίας αποτέλεσε μία μεταβατική προσπάθεια επανατοποθέτησής μου στον παγκόσμιο κοινωνικό-πολιτικό χώρο της αντίστασης με σκοπό τη φυγή μπροστά. Σε πρώτο χρόνο, δεν επιτεύχθη η διάρρηξη των ριζωμένων φραγμών. Παρέμεινα εγκλωβισμένος σε μια απομόνωση συναφή με τα συλλογικά αδιέξοδα του ελλαδικού κινήματος.
Τη Δευτέρα 9 Αυγούστου, επιχείρησα την απαλλοτρίωση ενός ταμείου τράπεζας, στα Πεύκα Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατά την απομάκρυνσή μου από την περιοχή, με ένα αυτοκίνητο και αφού είχα κινηθεί προηγουμένως με μία μοτοσυκλέτα, ακινητοποιήθηκα και αιχμαλωτίστηκα από ένστολους κρατικούς μισθοφόρους που είχαν κινητοποιηθεί για τον εντοπισμό και εγκλωβισμό του δράστη της ληστείας. Η αιχμαλώτισή μου δεν συνδέεται ούτε στο ελάχιστο με την πρωθύστερη αναζήτησή μου από τους ειδικούς αντιαντάρτικους μηχανισμούς και ευρύτερα, από την αστυνομία και τη ψηφιακή πανεποπτεία. Μέχρι να δηλώσω το όνομά μου, δεν γνώριζαν ποιόν έχουν συλλάβει.
Αρχικώς κρατήθηκα στα κεντρικά της αστυνομίας στη Θεσσαλονίκη (ΑΜΕΘ), στα κρατητήρια-σκουπιδότοπο, μαζί με τους άλλους κοινωνικούς κρατούμενους. Πλέον βρίσκομαι στην υπόγεια πτέρυγα της φυλακής γυναικών στον Κορυδαλλό, που είχε χτιστεί πριν 2 δεκαετίες ειδικά για τους πολιτικούς κρατούμενους των επιχειρήσεων καταστολής εναντίον της 17Ν και του Επαναστατικού Λαϊκού Αγώνα και απ’ όπου έχουν περάσει και οι αιχμάλωτοι αντάρτες της οργάνωσης Επαναστατικός Αγώνας και οι υπόλοιποι πολιτικοί κρατούμενοι της 1ης σχετικής δικαστικής υπόθεσης. Στην ίδια πτέρυγα βρίσκονται αυτή τη στιγμή οι πολιτικοί κρατούμενοι Ντίνος Γιαντζόγλου, Χριστόδουλος Ξηρός και Σάββας Ξηρός. Τυπικά έχει ξεκινήσει η έκτιση της ποινής (16 έτη) που μου διαμήνυσε εξ αποστάσεως τον Απρίλη το δικαστήριο της απαλλοτρίωσης στον Χολαργό και της υπόθεσης της Οργ. Επαναστατική Αυτοάμυνα.
Η νέα δικογραφία, μέχρι στιγμής αφορά αμιγώς στην απαλλοτρίωση της τράπεζας και εξαιρώντας ένα σημείο αμφίβολης εννοιολόγησης (κατηγορία για «οπλοχρησία»), αποδίδει κατηγορίες που σύμφωνα με τους ιδεολογικούς κώδικες δικαίου της αστικής τάξης, καταρχάς αντιστοιχούν στις πράξεις για τις οποίες ανέλαβα την ευθύνη (η απαλλοτρίωση της τράπεζας, η επίδειξη ενός όπλου, η προσωρινή και δυνάμει αποζημιούμενη οικειοποίηση 2 ιδιωτικών οχημάτων ως αναγκαίων μέσων για την απαλλοτρίωση της τράπεζας και η άρνηση φωτογράφησής μου κατά την προανακριτική φάση, ως άρνηση συναίνεσης στο καταδιωκτικό καθεστώς Άγριας Δύσης, των μιντιακών επικηρύξεων). Παρότι ούτε οι τακτικές ήττες με τις σοβαρές προσωπικές συνέπειές τους, ούτε το συλλογικό και το προσωπικό υπόβαθρό τους, μπορούν να κρυφτούν και παρότι έκρινα ότι θα είναι χαμηλής σημασίας ως πεδίο πολιτικής μάχης μία δημόσια δίκη για τη συγκεκριμένη απαλλοτρίωση τράπεζας, δεν αναγνωρίζω το δίκαιο παρεκτός αυτού που είναι ιστορικά: κανόνας υποτέλειας στην εξιδανικευμένη ταξική επικυριαρχία. Για την πολιτική υπεράσπιση κάθε μίας πράξης μου και του συνόλου τους με ταξικούς και πολιτισμικούς όρους μπορούν οι συναγωνιστές να ανατρέξουν στις εκατοντάδες σελίδες που έχω γράψει τον προηγούμενο ενάμιση χρόνο. Ευελπιστώ να μπορέσω να δημοσιοποιήσω σύντομα ένα πολιτικό απολογισμό των τελευταίων εξελίξεων.
Με την προλεταριακή εξέγερση στην καρδιά, την αναρχία στο νου, τον ελευθεριακό κομμουνισμό στην πράξη και την οικουμενική σοσιαλιστική αυτοδιεύθυνση στο πρόγραμμα, επιβεβαιώνω την παρουσία μου όπου κυοφορείται ένας νέος κόσμος ελεύθερος.
